With 20 years of professional experience as a journalist, moderator, speaker and author, I offer individually tailored media coaching for executives in individual coaching or small groups (4-6 people) and prepare you for interview situations with print, radio or TV journalists.
In a preliminary discussion, we analyze your needs, your topics and define your goals and your success together. With this in mind, I design the coaching and include your problems, crisis issues and future tasks. A situation-oriented and practice-oriented way of working has proven itself.
The coaching sessions can range from short-term appointments to planning a continuous improvement in one's own media effectiveness over several months. We work with microphone and video recordings and analyze your performance together. The focus is on authenticity and effectiveness.
The preliminary talk serves to get to know each other for a trusting cooperation as well as the needs analysis and is free of charge.
The coaching modules can be booked individually and can be carried out either at your premises, at the event location or in offices in Hamburg.

COACHING
Coaching is an interactive, person-centered process in which I predominantly accompany executives, press officers, company representatives and everyone who would like to change their careers in individual coaching towards their personal and professional goals. The coach is not responsible for presenting you with direct solutions. Rather, it is about being aware of your share of responsibility for your situation and showing openness, an interest in further development and the willingness to get involved in new things so that cooperation on "eye level" and an effective consultation process are possible.
I support you in dialogue and on the basis of a trusting relationship in identifying your own, suitable alternative courses of action and developing individual solutions. The coaching aims to improve self-management skills and promote self-reflection, perception, awareness and responsibility for one's own actions - especially when dealing with the various media.
Cooperation based on trust is a matter of course.
TRAINING
A training course serves to specifically develop ways of acting for individuals and small groups.
It is about learning a process pattern that is favorable or ideal for certain situations. The individual needs of the trainees are important, but the focus is less on the individual and more on the behavior and/or training content.
In a training, special knowledge is imparted with targeted and repetitive exercises, under the guidance of the trainer with feedback and corrections.
Training elements can also be used in coaching to correct possible behavioral goals. In comparison to coaching, however, training focuses more on changing a person's behavior than on the person and the individual themselves.
