CORONA REGULATIONS

The coaching and training sessions take place face-to-face in accordance with the current Corona regulations.

Due to the current hygiene concept, face-to-face classes are for everyone without cold symptoms, vaccinated

or recovered and people with negative corona antigen or PCR test. This means:

​

• No access for people with acute cold symptoms and/or travelers from foreign risk areas.

• When entering the building and in the workshop rooms, a medical or FFP 2 mask must be worn.

• The distance rule of 1.5 meters between all persons applies without exception. Please also when greeting and saying goodbye as well as during the exercises.

• The chairs are set up under the required distance rules.

• Ventilation is carried out at least every 60 minutes, rather every 30 minutes and also during exercises and breaks.

• Disinfectants are available near the entrance and in the hallway.

• After each break, all door handles and other contact surfaces are disinfected.
